Inclusive Event Planning: Sensory Tent FAQs
Absolutely! RISE Services, Inc. Idaho proudly supplies the Sensory Tent completely free of charge for community celebrations and large public functions. Guided by our organization’s commitment to creating opportunities for and with people of all abilities, we cover the costs for the tent setup, the sensory items, and our dedicated event staff.
We handle everything so you can focus on your event. Once your booking is confirmed, our staff handles delivery, assembly, on-site hosting, and tear-down. All we ask from our event partners is a flat, designated ground space at the venue to accommodate the tent. Additionally, we ask that you include the RISE logo in your event marketing materials to highlight our community partnership.
Getting started is quick and simple. Because our mobile sensory tents are in high demand during peak community festival seasons, we encourage submitting an inquiry well in advance.
