Idaho Health and Welfare Director to Resign

In his State of the State address to the Idaho Legislature and the Judiciary today, Idaho Governor Butch Otter announced that long time Health and Welfare Director Dick Armstrong would be retiring this June.

Director Armstrong was appointed to the position by Governor Risch in 2007.
