1. Supported Living Program

Our Supported Living program is designed to provide personalized assistance to help adults living with developmental disabilities learn how to live as independently as possible. Depending on each person’s needs, our staff offers guidance on essential life skills like cooking, cleaning, and personal care.

Our hope is to support each individual’s living choices while building meaningful relationships. We do that by fostering independence while enabling participants to engage more confidently in community activities.

2. Adult Day Health Activities

Do you or your loved one enjoy art, movies, crafts, games, or even day trips? If you answered yes, then our Adult Day Services program may be just what you need. Our trained staff provides a safe space for groups to engage in enriching activities throughout the day at our opportunity center or out in the community.

Participants can pick and choose how they’d like to be involved. Don’t worry, we offer a wide range of options. Each activity provides a valuable opportunity for people to make independent decisions, socialize, and engage in hands-on learning.
