This week in the legislature brought a bevy of new legislation of interest to our communities. This was a historic week in the Idaho Legislature. For the first time in many years the public was allowed to testify on the Healthy Idaho Plan in the Senate Health and Welfare Committee. Legislative Update February 1-5, 2016
